
- When will my order be shipped?
In general, we expect to fulfill orders within 2-3 business days; however, for orders placed in the two weeks following a new release, processing can take up to seven business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or federal holidays.
- How long will my order take to arrive, once shipped?
At this time, most orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Depending on where you live, you can expect it to arrive between one and five days (within the U.S.) or up to 2 weeks (International).
- Will I be able to track my shipment?
Most likely, no. We expect most items to ship via USPS First Class, which does not include tracking numbers.
- I realized after placing my order that PayPal had an outdated mailing address for me. What should I do?
Please notify us of your new address as soon as possible. In your message, also include the date you placed your order, and your transaction or receipt I.D. number. We cannot change your information within your PayPal account, so be sure to update your account with them before placing any future orders.
- It has been 2 weeks, and I still have not received my order. What should I do?
Please check your order or shipping confirmation email to ensure you entered your shipping address correctly. If so, check with other residents at your address (or apartment managers) to see whether they received the package and forgot to notify you. You might also ask your local post office about it; many customers have been able to retrieve their packages that way. If all else fails, or if the address was incorrect, please contact us. (Note: if you paid by eCheck via PayPal, keep in mind that your order will not be shipped until the payment clears; usually within 3-5 business days.)
To help the post office deliver future orders in a timely manner, use their handy zip code lookup tool to learn how they prefer your shipping address to be displayed.
- When I try to place my order, I keep getting an AVS mismatch error. What should I do?
AVS is the address verification service. You must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement (any punctuations and abbreviations must match, too), otherwise the system will not recognize it as a match. If you continue to experience trouble, you might try placing the order via our PayPal shopping cart (links are located just below each product's 'Add to Cart' button).
- May I place an order via snail mail?
Yes! Please contact us. Let us know what you would like to purchase, and your shipping address. We will calculate your total including sales tax (if any), shipping & handling, and provide instructions on where to send the order (this information may change, so please always check with us). We do not accept personal checks, however we do accept money orders (in US dollars). Money orders can be obtained at post offices and many grocery stores. Please do not send cash.
- I ordered The Oozing Skull when it was first released and came in a paper envelope. I see you have cases now. How can I get one?
We're sorry; at this time, we do not carry empty Oozing Skull cases in our inventory. If you'd like to print your own cover, click here for EZTakes' website where you can download the FREE high-resolution .pdf case artwork (scroll down to just below the section labeled 'Plot').
- What is your returns policy?
We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you would like to return all or part of your order, please return the unopened or unused item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price (including sales tax) within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
For defective DVDs, or items damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We would be happy to exchange the item for you. (Exchanges may be limited by stock on hand. We will usually ask you to return the affected item to us.)
- What is your privacy policy?
We use the contact information you provide to send you your order. In rare cases, we may use the information to contact you about your order. Cinematic Titanic will never sell, share, or distribute your personal information to any third party (unless required by law). If you use PayPal to place your order, your billing information is used (and protected) by them in the processing of your payment. You can read their privacy policy here.
