- What's happening with your movie downloads?
EZTakes is currently experiencing technical difficulties. Here's the latest:
As of Jul 17, 2012: DVD downloads remain unavailable. We are working on an alternative. As soon as we know more, we'll post the information here, as well as announce it via our email club newsletter/social media. Contacting us about it will take away our time to work on it, so please sign up for our email club newsletter if you haven't already, and stay tuned for information regarding Rattlers download options. Thank you!
As of May 23, 2012: Customers prior to the data loss event may contact John at EZTakes Customer Support for information on how to re-download previous purchases.
As of March 26, 2012: MP4 downloads are now available again for all Cinematic Titanic titles! This is for new downloads only; re-downloads of previous purchases will not work at this time. Also, DVD downloads are still out.

- When will my order be shipped?
For items ordered at CinematicTitanic.com, we expect to fulfill orders within 2-3 business days; however, for orders placed in the two weeks following a new release, processing can take up to seven business days. We do not ship on Saturdays or federal holidays.
Items ordered at Amazon.com are fulfilled by them. Please see Amazon's help pages for answers to all of your shipping questions.
- How long will my order take to arrive, once shipped?
Most orders placed at CinematicTitanic.com are shipped via USPS First Class mail. Depending on where you live, you can expect your order to arrive between one and five days (within the U.S.) or up to 2 weeks (International).
When ordering from Amazon.com, you have multiple shipping options. Please see Amazon's help pages for shipping rates and times.
- Will I be able to track my shipment?
For orders placed at CinematicTitanic.com: most likely, no. We expect most items to ship via USPS First Class, which does not include tracking numbers.
Whether you are able to track an order placed at Amazon.com will depend upon the shipping method you select at checkout.
- I realized after placing my order that PayPal had an outdated mailing address for me. What should I do?
Please notify us of your new address as soon as possible. In your message, also include the date you placed your order, and your transaction or receipt I.D. number. We cannot change your information within your PayPal account, so be sure to update your account with them before placing any future orders.
- It has been 2 weeks, and I still have not received my order. What should I do?
For orders placed at CinematicTitanic.com:
First, please check your junk mail folder to see whether you missed an important email from our shipping department. If not, please check your order or shipping confirmation email to ensure you entered your shipping address correctly. If everything is correct, check with other residents at your address (or apartment managers) to see whether they received the package and forgot to notify you. You might also ask your local post office about it; many customers have been able to retrieve their packages that way. If all else fails, or if the address was incorrect, please contact us. (Note: if you paid by eCheck via PayPal, keep in mind that your order will not be shipped until the payment clears; usually within 3-5 business days.)
To help the post office deliver future orders in a timely manner, use their handy zip code lookup tool to learn how they prefer your shipping address to be displayed.

- What is your returns policy?
For items ordered on the Cinematic Titanic website:
We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you would like to return all or part of your order, please return the unopened or unused item in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price (including sales tax) within 10 days of receipt. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
For defective DVDs, or items damaged in shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. We would be happy to replace the item for you. (We will usually ask you to return the affected item to us. Replacements may be made as long as we have stock on hand. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will refund your order.)
ATTENTION! We are closing down our store. Please check your orders as soon as you receive them. We will continue to provide customer service for a short time after we stop selling, however, as stated above, we are limited to stock on hand.
Orders placed at and shipped by Amazon.com are subject to the Amazon.com returns policy.
